STRUCTURE
The organization structure of MWDO is an important element for our members and Stakeholders. On annual basis the members meet for the General Meeting to discuss the progress, election of Board members and forecast planning. The Board of Directors gets together on quarterly basis to make important decisions on the organization and its activities. The members can serve in the board for a period of 3 years and can be reelected for the second and last term. The members elect the Chairperson and Secretary of the board from amongst themselves. Management on the other hand plays an important role in planning and administration of the organizational activities.
